What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on substrate, size and finishing. Most paper label jobs start in the low thousands of pieces, and short runs are possible on stock material. Send your quantity and we will tell you honestly what is practical for your spec.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. We send stock material samples so you can judge substrate, adhesive and finish by hand, and for custom work we produce a printed pre-production sample for your sign-off before the full run starts.
What artwork file should I send?
Vector PDF or AI at 1:1 scale, CMYK, fonts outlined, with 2–3 mm bleed and die lines on a separate layer. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway — we can redraw the artwork and quote the setup separately.
How long does production take?
It depends on quantity, substrate and finishing. The schedule is confirmed together with your quotation, and we update you at each stage. Rush schedules can usually be arranged — just say so when you enquire.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight, either FOB Shenzhen or delivered to your door. If you have your own forwarder we are happy to hand the goods over to them.
Are your labels food-contact safe?
Food-contact compliant face stocks and adhesives are available on request. Tell us how the label is used — direct contact, chilled or frozen, or outer packaging only — and we will specify a suitable construction.
